Product return policy
Aiming at customer satisfaction our company implements a very flexible return policy. The customer has the right to return a product if it is defective or does not satisfy him and ask for replacement or return of the amount paid for the purchase.
If you decide to return a product, please read the following conditions:
Terms of products return:
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
- We can not accept a product in a state different than it was delivered. Item(s) must be :
b) with all original tabs/labels attached
c) with its packing intact
d) with receipt of purchase
e) pillows and subtrates will not be accepted for hygiene reasons
- Contact us in order to fix the return details.
- Pack the product for the shipping.
- In case the product has a defect or an error has occurred in your order, send the package back through UPS (Returns Department). In any other case you can use the shipping company of your choice.
Please note that return expenses are on us only in cases of fault products or mistakes from our end! In any other case the return charges must be paid by the customer.
